He has worked as a physician and cardiologist in the Armed Forces for over 20 years, including at prestigious centres such as AFMC Pune and Army Hospital Delhi. He was appointed as Head of the Cardiology Department at the Military Hospital in Jalandhar. He has also worked for the Metro Group of Hospitals in Delhi, as well as Alchemist and Artemis Hospitals in Gurgaon.

Dr. (Col) Monik Mehta has extensive experience working in international organisations such as Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand, and the UN in Cambodia (UNTAC). He was posted in Bhutan where he was in charge of running a multi-specialty hospital for the Indian Military Training Team (IMTRAT).

He also volunteers every week at an NGO-run healthcare facility in Gurgaon to provide medical services to the less fortunate members of our society. Because of his expertise , experience and track record of success, he is thus regarded as one of the top cardiac specialists in Gurgaon and India.
